(G17) Ongoing Hostile Situations

When joining British RP, you cannot participate in any ongoing hostile situations for 15 minutes. Exceptions may be made in certain cases, such as relogging or connection timeouts. In these cases, you should follow standard protocol, like contacting the players involved and informing staff.
