# (G27) Conflict and War Regulations

* During war scenarios, groups may not recruit new members.
* Wars must be officially declared and approved by staff. To request a war:
  * A clear in-character reason must be provided
  * Evidence of escalating tension must exist
  * Member caps must be agreed
  * A defined duration must be set (maximum of 2 weeks to allow prolonged stories)
* After a war concludes:
  * A mandatory cooldown period between the same groups will apply
* Wars are structured events, not indefinite shootouts.
* Kill on Sight (KOS) is strictly prohibited. Lethal force without prior roleplay escalation is not allowed unless:
  * An officially authorised war has been declared between both parties
* Even during war:
  * Proper initiation and engagement must occur
  * Silent executions or random drive-bys without interaction are not acceptable
* Gang colours alone does not justify lethal force.
* Conflict must follow logical in-character escalation.
* Groups may not immediately resort to lethal force without prior tension-building roleplay such as:
  * Verbal disputes
  * Warnings
  * Meetings
  * Kidnappings
  * Turf Disputes
  * Financial disagreements
* Jumping directly to shooting without build-up will be considered poor roleplay.
* The following areas are considered **Sensitive Zones**:
  * Hospitals
  * Police Stations
  * Government buildings
  * Public service buildings
  * Dealerships
  * Clothing stores
  * Public job locations
* Gang-related violence is strictly prohibited in these areas with the exceptions of:
  * If directly chased into a location during an active scene
  * Escalation must remain proportionate
  * No camping, waiting, or initiating inside these areas
* Hospitals and emergency locations are not battlegrounds.
* Turf control must be supported by consistent roleplay presence. Turf cannot be claimed purely through violence. Groups must demonstrate:
  * Ongoing activity in the area
  * Community interaction
  * Sustained roleplay involvement
* Stabbing/ shooting a rival once does not constitute ownership.
