(G3) Baiting

Deliberately creating situations to provoke a chase or force an engagement, particularly to cause a firefight, is not allowed on British RP. Examples include robbing a service station with the intention of starting a gunfight, committing crimes in front of police to gain attention, or provoking gang members to initiate violence.
